This policy describes the current static website. Orders and messages entered through the forms are local demonstrations; a real purchase must be arranged directly with the business.
01. Introduction and scope
These Terms & Conditions explain the use of the NIHARIKA SILK FACTORY website and its product catalogue, shopping cart, demonstration checkout and enquiry form. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
This website is a static storefront demonstration. It does not operate a payment gateway, automatically accept purchases or transmit orders to a fulfilment system. Any real sale requires separate communication and express acceptance by the business.
02. Permitted website use
You may browse the catalogue, compare the displayed product information and use the local selection tools for their intended purpose. Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt its availability, interfere with other users, submit malicious content or misrepresent your identity.
Provide accurate information when making a genuine enquiry separately. Do not place another person’s private information into a form without appropriate authority. If you notice an error in a description, price or page, contact the team so it can be reviewed.
03. Catalogue descriptions and availability
The catalogue presents silk sarees, silk fabrics and traditional textiles, with names, colours, sizes and illustrative prices. Descriptions are intended to assist initial selection. They should not replace confirmation of the actual product’s fibre composition, dimensions, construction, included pieces or care requirements.
The website does not show a verified live stock feed. A product appearing in the catalogue or being added to the cart does not reserve inventory. Availability and any production or preparation requirements must be confirmed before a real order is accepted.
04. Product imagery and colour representation
Catalogue product images are AI-generated visual representations. They are not photographs confirming the appearance of a specific item held in stock. Motifs, border proportions, texture, drape and colour may differ from the textile available for purchase.
Lighting, display settings and screen calibration can also affect perceived colour. Ask the team for appropriate product information before agreeing to a real purchase. Our supplied business logo is used as the brand identity and is separate from the generated catalogue imagery.
05. Sizes, lengths and selection responsibilities
Colour and size or length must be selected before using the purchase controls. The cart allows one entry per product, and the selected option is shown for review. To change an existing cart selection, remove the item and add it again with the desired options.
Fabric prices are displayed per metre and multiplied by the selected length. Terms such as Free Size and Standard are catalogue labels, not a guarantee of exact measurements or suitability for every wearer. Confirm required dimensions, quantity, cut length and any intended tailoring use before purchase.
06. Pricing and additional charges
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are illustrative catalogue values. The displayed total represents the selected products according to their current catalogue prices. The demonstration does not calculate a confirmed delivered price or verify applicable taxes.
Any actual price, delivery charge, tax treatment, preparation charge or other agreed cost must be communicated before acceptance of a real order. If an error or discrepancy is identified, the correct amount should be clarified before you commit. No online amount is charged by this website.
07. Demonstration orders and references
Submitting the checkout creates a local reference and a browser-stored demonstration record. It does not notify the business, create a purchase contract, reserve stock, start manufacturing or schedule delivery. The on-screen confirmation explicitly explains this limitation.
Please do not rely on a demonstration reference as an invoice, payment receipt, courier reference or proof of acceptance. A real purchase must be discussed separately, and the business must confirm the product, amount and fulfilment arrangements.
08. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is the only payment method displayed in the checkout. No card, UPI, online banking or other payment gateway is provided. You should not enter payment credentials or attempt to make a transfer based solely on a demonstration confirmation.
For a separately accepted real purchase, Cash on Delivery availability, the final payable amount and any delivery restrictions must be confirmed for the destination. The appearance of this payment option on the website is not a guarantee of serviceability for every address.
09. Delivery, returns and refunds
Shipping arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy. Return enquiries and possible remedies are described in the Return & Refund Policy. These pages explain the process without inventing a courier, dispatch commitment, universal return deadline or automated refund service.
Specific commercial arrangements for a real order should be agreed before acceptance. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual property and brand use
The NIHARIKA SILK FACTORY name, supplied logo, website content and design elements may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Browsing the site does not give permission to present yourself as an authorised representative, reproduce the brand for commercial use or imply an endorsement.

11. Availability, local data and limitations
